Dr. Tarun Katiyar is the Founder & Managing Director of Hospaccx Healthcare Business Consulting Pvt. Ltd. and a renowned healthcare strategist with over 18 years of experience in hospital planning, healthcare management, feasibility studies, healthcare investments, and hospital operations. Holding a Master's Degree in Hospital Administration and a Doctorate in Hospital Administration, he has successfully led more than 650 healthcare consulting assignments and contributed to the development of healthcare infrastructure across India, Africa, the GCC region, SAARC countries, and other international markets.Under his leadership, Hospaccx has emerged as one of the leading healthcare consulting firms, delivering hospital feasibility studies, master planning, medical equipment planning, healthcare architecture, commissioning assistance, and operational management solutions. His expertise spans multispecialty hospitals, oncology centers, cardiac institutes, medical colleges, diagnostic networks, and large-scale healthcare campuses. Ms Pooja Katiyar (Co-Founder & Design Director)
Ms Pooja Katiyar is the Co-Founder and Design Director at Hospaccx Healthcare Business Consulting Pvt. Ltd., with extensive experience in hospital planning, healthcare architecture, medical infrastructure design, and project conceptualization. She has played a key role in the planning and design of more than 300 healthcare projects, including multispecialty hospitals, oncology centers, cardiac hospitals, medical colleges, diagnostic facilities, and healthcare campuses across India and international markets.Her expertise lies in transforming healthcare concepts into functional, patient-centric, NABH-compliant facilities that balance clinical efficiency, operational excellence, and future scalability. She works closely with healthcare entrepreneurs, hospital owners, clinicians, and project teams to develop sustainable healthcare environments aligned with national and international standards. Under her leadership, Hospaccx has contributed to numerous healthcare infrastructure projects across India, Africa, the GCC region, and other international markets, helping healthcare organizations create facilities that enhance patient experience, staff productivity, and long-term operational performance.
