Moreover, enterprises pursuing substantial expansion projects can also receive a one-time capital investment subsidy within the applicable upper ceiling of Rs. 100/125/200 Lakhs, as per their specific scenario. Private Infrastructure Developers engaged in creating industrial infrastructure (with land area not below 30 acres) are eligible for a 30% capital investment subsidy, with an upper limit of Rs. 500 Lakhs.
- Power Charges :
TIIPIS offers attractive incentives for eligible industrial units concerning power charges. Enterprises with a connected load above 20HP gets a favorable tariff rate of Rs. 5.00 per unit without any upper ceiling. Additionally, industrial units with a connected load up to 20 HP are eligible for a partial reimbursement of power charges at 25% of the actual amount paid by the enterprise.
