- Stamp Duty Reimbursement: Start-ups chosen under this policy are eligible for a 100% reimbursement of the Stamp Duty, Registration Fee, and Conversion Fee paid on lease deed.
- Digital Upgradation Subsidy: Startups chosen in accordance with this policy are eligible for a digital upgradation subsidy at 50% of capital expenditures for the purchase of computers, and related hardware and software, subject to a maximum of INR 5 Lakhs per Startup.
- Reimbursement for Broadband Connectivity: Under this policy, startups that are chosen may receive 50% of the rent back for a maximum of two years, up to a maximum of INR 2 lakhs. Any rent paid to an incubator or coworking space may be included.
- Power Subsidy: Start-ups chosen in accordance with this policy are eligible for power subsidies at 50%, up to a maximum of Rs. 10 lakhs per year for a period of 5 years.
- Marketing and Promotion Support: Start-ups chosen in accordance with this policy are eligible for reimbursement of 50% of the actual marketing and promotion expenses (including travel) incurred by a Start-Up in listing fees for online and offline advertisements, in-store promotions, publishing or digital marketing materials, trade show participation, market research, etc., up to a maximum of INR 5 lakhs per Start-Up.

- Encourage Public Procurement: The State Government will encourage Startups to participate in Public Procurement by waiving the requirement of prior experience or turnover as long as the product satisfies the desired specifications. Additionally, the State Government will encourage consortiums of eligible companies with start-ups to bid for State Government projects, which will add the element of innovation and new ideas.
