- Subsidy on Pollution Control Measures: A maximum of 25.00 lakh can receive a 50% subsidy on the cost of pollution control measures.
- Reimbursement Of Stamp Duty: Subsidy at 75% of the applicable stamp duty, up to a maximum of 5 lakh, is provided to help with the execution of deeds of conveyance and mortgages pertaining to loans from financial institutions and banks for projects located in the State of Meghalaya.
- Central Sales Tax (CST) Refund: Up to a maximum of 100 lakh, 100% of the CST actually paid on purchases of such machinery and equipment that are genuinely required as is installed as of the date of commissioning of the unit will be refunded.
- Interest Subsidy: Subsidy @ 4 % on interest paid to Banks/Financial Institutions subject to a ceiling of 30,000 per month on term loans (excluding working capital loans).
